1. Purchase Advance Tickets from Percussion Students - $6
Every percussionist from Plano, Jasper, and Vines have been assigned tickets for both shows to sell starting April 16, 2012. Please contact
them regarding purchasing concert tickets. If they have sold out of their allotment of tickets, they are instructed to either refer you to
another percussionist or collect money in advance and tickets will be given to them to give to you.
2. PMSDL Purchase Tickets at April 23, 2012 Rehearsal - $6
Plano Middle School Drumline students/parents may purchase tickets to either show at the PMSDL rehearsal on April 23, 2012. We will have a table
set up outside of the Plano Band Hall with a Plano Percussion Parent. With our three groups, 5:30|6:45|8:00, tickets will be available at the
following times:
6:30-7pm Option 1 - See Parent Coordinator Table
7:45-8:15pm Option 2 - See Parent Coordinator Table
9:15pm Option 3 - See PMSDL Staff
3. Purchase Advance Tickets at Plano Senior High School - $6
Any unsold tickets as of Tuesday, April 24, 2012 will be made available for purchase to the general public on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 from
4:30 - 6pm, or until tickets have sold out. A Plano Percussion Parent(s) will be in the Performing Arts Building ticket booth with available tickets to sell.
4. Purchase Tickets-at-the-Door the night of the concert - $8
Any available tickets will be sold the evening of the concert. The ticket window will open at 6:00pm, with theatre doors opening at 6:40pm.
It is in your best interest to purchase tickets early the day of the concert.
Seating
General Seating Only; first come, first serve
Any sitting requests due to medical condition(s) or special needs can be sent to Michael A. Hernandez.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the request.
Extras
A souvenir program will accompany every ticket at the door.
We will have tables set up in the lobby area with free literature from drum companies and percussion entities.
Also available will be a multi-camera DVD recording of the concert for sale. An information booth will be available for DVD ordering.
Any unapproved, unlicensed video-taping with the intent to sell is strictly prohibited by the Plano Independent School District.
Please note that sound reinforcement will be utilized.
Come prepared to enjoy yourself, you won't be disappointed.
